Terms of Service

By using Ranks Hawk ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Clim Stefan ("we", "us", "our"), based in Romania. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Ranks Hawk is a competitor SEO monitoring tool. It tracks keyword rankings, new content, and other SEO signals for domains you specify. The Service provides automated data collection and reporting — it does not guarantee any specific SEO outcomes for your own website.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service beyond what is provided through the normal interface.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Use the Service to monitor domains you do not have legitimate interest in monitoring.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls.

Paid plans are billed monthly. Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes do not apply to active subscriptions until renewal.

Beta codes grant free access to the Service for 8 days. Beta access is provided as-is for testing purposes. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service. Beta access cannot be extended or transferred.

The SEO data provided by Ranks Hawk comes from third-party sources including DataForSEO. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. The Service is provided for informational purposes — you should not make business-critical decisions based solely on data from Ranks Hawk without independent verification.

The Ranks Hawk platform, design, and code are owned by Clim Stefan. You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ranks Hawk and Clim Stefan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay for subscriptions. We will provide notice where reasonably possible. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature.

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Romanian courts. If you are an EU consumer, you may also be entitled to mandatory protections under the law of your country of residence.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active users by email for material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
